PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE

The administrator of the User's personal data made available via the contact form, i.e. the entity deciding on the purposes and methods of their processing, is "PALEY & PARTNER" SP. Z O.O., Armii Krajowej, 75, 42-360, Poraj, Tax No. 5770002368, (hereinafter as the Administrator).

The personal data are processed by the User in the contact form and processed by the Administrator based on the consent expressed by the User, in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 letter a) Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons in connection with the processing of the personal data concerned and in the matter of the free flow of data and repeal of the directive 95/46 / EC - the former GDPR.
